Job Description:/h3:
This role will oversee all corporate communications, translating business vision into effective corporate communication strategies to generate brand awareness, yield valuable recruitment marketing content and results; and manage public relations activities including crisis management.
Manage corporate brand identity, recruitment marketing, media relations, email marketing, editorial content and multimedia activities.
Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of comprehensive communication and public relations activities that align with organizations key goals by enhancing the Wills Group image and position within the marketplace as employer of choice.
Serve as a lead point person on media interactions and actively engage, cultivate and manage press relationships to secure earned media and thought leadership position within community for brand.
Ensure the website, social media channels, and email communications provide accurate and relevant content to inform and engage diverse stakeholders
Execute, and analyze communication and recruitment marketing programs to ensure effectiveness and support employee engagement and attracting high:caliber talent
Develop and implement targeted social media campaigns for the corporate brand
Lead the development of communications strategy for recruiting and community engagement
Take an active role in industry:specific organizations
Create and maintain key corporate events calendar related to employee engagement and Human Resources priorities
Work with select vendors and agency partners to develop, manage and maintain current, key corporate communication and media content
7+ years of direct experience in corporate communications
4+ years of experience in recruiting marketing or associated marketing practices/systems
3+ years of experience managing outside agencies and vendors.
Experience managing or working directly on medium but complex project involving change management
Strong understanding and application of change management frameworks
Financial acumen and ability to manage a budget
Must be a confident communicator and presenter who possesses excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills
Critical thinking, adaptability, self:directed, organization and results orientation competencies required
